On my Audi, I had these awesome slide in mounts, I could put it on and off in minutes. I need to figure out the temp solution for the X3.

I have a us millwork tow hook from M3 but the rod is too short

Placement of the tow hook isn’t great on these compared to where the parking sensors are on the bumper.

Dealer drilled ours without asking (or it was already drilled when it was on the lot, forgot to check), but don’t mind it as much on an SUV.

I just installed a stow and show style plate for mine. It's not the worst thing in the world you can get a motorized version as well.

I hope you don't have ACC Radar there.

I may contact them to re-open my account. But I will get the one that seat on the center so it will clear the ACC radar for anyone else that equipped with one.

Back in 1997 I had a Ram Air Trans Am and never ran the plate. I got pulled over once and informed the cop how upset I was with the dealer as they neglected to include the mount.

He wanted proof I had the front plate so I dug around in the hatch where I also kept the plate mount I claimed was never delivered.

Luckily he didn’t see it and let me off on the ticket.

I don’t mind running the front plate on this or my previous E46 for some reason.

Do they not issues points on licence in US? In UK and most of Europe they would fine and put points on and probably take you to court and ban if you kept getting caught.
