Simple switch on or off the Bimmercode so I might as well try it

To keep the valves open:

- Start and put in Sport +
- Blip throttle to open
- Crawl under and unplug both actuators

They will remain in their last position until hooked back up.

You can buy a connector plug (or just seal the end up with tape) to keep dirt from getting it it, then just zip tie harness out of the way.

I've done this on my M2 and X3M

Just had my RIS done and had put the fuse back in. When we collected it, it was comically loud in sport+ inside the car. Having asked me previously to re-enable ASD my wife was now firmly in the turn it off camp. It is so over done. Pulled the fuse the next morning.

It was way too cold to push the car post RIS so I haven’t properly, experienced the acceleration.

If the roads are dry, push it past 3k rpm to redline and enjoy the ride! It would be impossible to force yourself to keep from grinning the first time you do!

Oh I've been there a couple of times, but not quite flooring it hard. Needed new pants.

Hi,

Does the Bimmercode solution work for those with F97s built in 2022? Doesn't do anything for me, same for Bimmerlink.

Cheers
