No - they weren't available at that time (my Sep build doesn't have them either). Based on Alpine White's info, looks like they were probably added roughly mid November for US models.

Maybe that these are missing are the fly in the ointment of the over 1200 X3M and CS that are sitting flatspotting lmao

Mine is a uk car and has exact same build date and it has the m seat belts.

No doubt. If one wasn't handy with this type of retrofit, my guess would be a full day's hourly rate install...
