Activating DRL on 07' X3

I own a 2007 BMW X3, one of the first. It is unclear on how to activate the Daytime Running Lamps? I need help!

if it's possible, i think you have to do it at the dealership. i'm probably doing this next week.

yes, need to have the dealer program them...not as easy as on on the E9X's.
