Yes, they have some X3 M40i's near me with those features but there mostly higher spec's models. I ordered my X3 with those 2 options.

I was able to get 4k off my build before the incentives/rebates. I built it and then before a week it began production I threatened to walk away from the deal. It worked..... Getting 10k off with rebates/incentives from a X3 M40i that I spec'd out.

When was this? BMW dealers didn’t want to even talk to me much about building an X3 last week or the week before.

I submitted my order in April, I waited until May when the factory opened up and my X3 began production. I also messaged other dealers that had similar spec'd M40i's to use as leverage as well. It played out well in my opinion for a car that I spec'd out to my liking. I also mentioned that if I walk away from the X3, it will mostly likely sit for a couple of months during this economy and that the current unemployment rate is rising. I finished of the conversation that I'll buy the vehicle if they come down some before incentives. Which is how I got my discount. I know for a fact that there is still some meat and potatoes left for them on the table.....I just happened to get a better portion of that

Possibly buying a demo car. 2020 X3 m40i 3,000miles. 21" 718 RFT, Premium package. originally 57000 asking 54995. Build info for same vehicle is 60,100. Are they asking too much? Most calculations say reduction of approx 4k due to miles alone. Any thoughts?

Honestly I'd tell them 52.5k just to get them talking and see where their at. I'd also ask for the incentives to be added. The worst they can do is say no.

I was just about to sign on a custom order deal. June 2020 residuals got worse by 1%. Bummer!

I'd also like to know if MF changed. Do you think BMW will throw in other additional incentives to offset this as the month progresses?

Unlikely. Incentives seem to only update monthly

Rebate breakdown?

Seeing rebate totals listed on deal posts here up to 5500. In addition to lease and loyalty credits and possibly a club $1000 credit (so $3000-3500), what other credits are we talking about? Thanks.

Lease broker recommendation

Up in NorCal. Wife wants to lease a loaded 30e. Her existing plugin is coming off lease in early October, so we have time to order a car with her exact spec. We usually do our own negotiating, but considering using a lease broker this time to reduce the time effort.

Please PM me with any suggested brokers.

TIA.
