F25 Crankshaft Pulley wobbling

I was wondering why my belt tensioner was vibrating so much and noticed that the entire pulley is wobbling. Has anyone had this happen? Im thinking its a manufacturing defect as it is on there and tight.

Looks like the tensioner needs replacing more than the pulley . The pulley does have a well known issue where the rubber deteriorates.
