Thanks for the reassurance! I spent a lot of time and effort with multiple dealers trying to get to a reasonable number. These forums and LH helped a ton... I love it so far

Hey all, apology in advance if my questions are stupid. Been lurking this forum for a while as I'm in the market to purchase the X3m comp. MY, not sure yet but most 2022 my pending lci update or 2021 my.
I know this thread is about leasing but do you guys talk about financing as well? If so, I do have a few questions to ask below. Thank you in advance!!! I noticed some of you guys got 13%+ discount on leasing. But if I were to order and have it build straight from the plant. Is it possible to get that type of a discount through financing option? With this type of vehicle, is it better to finance or to lease? Never purchase a car brand new or lease one before. But do know the difference between the two options. I guess I'm trying to figure out which one will give me a better value. |

Very slim chance that you'll get much of a discount on a 2022 until early to mid next year.

So, for us folks up here in WA, what is a decent discount to MSRP for a 2021 X3M/X4M? (Assuming we are working a financing deal up here.) |

I'm looking to upgrade my '20 X3 M40i to an X3M Comp via lease. There's only a few BMW dealers in AZ and all of them are giving me the cold shoulder in terms of pricing, so I'm looking into California dealers. Anybody in the central to southern Cali area that has leased an X3MC and want to give me a reference? Thanks!

Hey, who did you use to get this deal? I’ve been searching and having a tough time to get anything more than 2k off MSRP. Would love to use whoever you got. Thank you

Just signed my wife's X3M NONC.
The car is black/black, fully equipment except comp package. MSRP is around 80K(79xxx plus destination). Selling price 69xxx. Since I'm not qualified for loyalty it's only 1250 lease cash offer applied. 36/10 DAS 5K (fees plus tax upfront) 799monthly with 8.875 tax. I know it's not a very good deal, but it's acceptable. |

What do you guys think?? I think I could've pushed them further.
2021 X3 basic model, was demo vehicle with 1000 miles. 10k miles/year 3 yr lease Base MRSP 48880 Discount 10% Residual 56% MF .00113 They Also took my lexus nx 200 t 2017 which was due for return. They covered my two remaining monthly payments totaling $998. They said that would waive the $600 disposition fee i'd owe to lexus since I'm no longer with lexus. So I think of it as a trade. Out the door my down payment was a little more than I wanted which was $3600. Did this to reduce my monthly payments slightly. So 510.00 + taxes = 545.00 monthly |

Haven't posted here yet, but my F80 lease was coming due and I had a crazy amount of equity in the lease, so I sold to webuyanycar and pocketed $11,500. I couldn't wait for G80 prices to drop but found a low spec X3M non-comp MSRP 73,595 through a broker (donnington + sakhir sport seats + heated steering wheel). I got 12% off pre-incentive and had lease cash, loyalty, and penfed on top. 36/15 with only first month due at signing netted me $855 per month including tax. Not the best deal out there but I am happy with it especially pocketing the M3 equity.

any deal on an x3m comp or non comp is great deal...due to the shortage of the semi conductors there arent many coming off the factory lines!

Cali Dealers
Anyone in SoCal get a solid deal on an X3 M recently? My X3 M40i lease is up and looking to jump up to an M.
I’ve also been reading up the used deals on another thread but it seems like the online prices are really low for the X3 M40i. Is it because their calculations aren’t factoring in the M40i trim level? PM me. Thanks in advance! Last edited by socalhawki; 06-04-2021 at 01:19 PM.. Reason: Add PM |

I would love to get connected to a good source for a non-comp X3M. I’m planning on doing a performance center delivery so I’m location agnostic. Dealers I’ve spoken to locally here in Ohio are not very good on price.

I might have a person for ya but he's in New York. You would need to fly there to do the paperwork etc and then ship or drive your car back home.
