Exhaust advice/experience
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com The car sounds good (I think). I really like the Dinan tone, but it's a little reserved. For context, my last car was a fully-catless N55 with a Pure stage 2 and custom intake - it absolutely screamed from 1500 rpms to redline. My X3M is faster, but not nearly as rowdy-sounding. I'm considering adding catless downpipes. Does anyone have experience and/or a soundclip of catless DPs with a non-resonated midpipe and a Dinan exhaust? I think we should have a Northern Illinois X3/4M meat so I can hear exhaust combo's first hand LOL
Also I feel like there are so many in the area. |

I'm a firm believer in high flow cats on this platform. Catless is just too raspy for me. Even catted has a little around 2-3k RPM if you don't have resonators but it's much cleaner IMO.
Happy to meet up as well!

Will keep this in mind, maybe early spring once it starts getting a little nicer. Down to the single digits next week.

Sounds pretty solid and deep to me. I wouldn't touch a thing, but perhaps high flows if you really wanted to test out the sound. Wouldn't break the bank to try some out either.
