21 X4M Spoiler Replacement

Anyone have a writeup on this? Is the factory painted spoiler just taped on, or are there bolts too? Looking to replace it with a CF spoiler in the same style, everything out there though is just tape on. Just making sure there won't be holes left behind.

OEM is taped on. That's it.
