Hi vwmodul

I have a 2022 G01 X3 and wondering if these retrofit will work on my model too

All I am trying to do is

1) Install front and rear AEB at low speeds especially during parking
2) Install side parking sensors for AEB while turning
3) Highway speed forward collision mitigation.
4) Adjust lane keep assist activation speed to 30 mph so it will work on most curvy city roads

It seems all four of these features should be standard on the 2022 G01 but they're not, I feel so ripped off lol

You have 5AU Driving assistant professional. 5AT Driving Assistant Plus should included in 5AU.
What features are you missing that you want to code?

5AU is the latest version of "Driving Assistant Professional" with instrument cluster alertness camera for SP18 LCI X3.

IIRC "Driving Assistant Plus" is the old version without this camera and its associated features for pre LCI X3 SP15 "iDrive 7 Lite"

Not sure I understand why you think you want the old version.

I have 5AS Driving Assistant and don't have Parking Assistant and I want to only install 5DF Active Cruise Control without the steering, not 5AU Driver Assistant Pro.

1. Short front range sensor and bracket (eBay estimate $500)
2. DSC control unit with ACC and FSC codes VO coding. (Can't find on eBay)
3. The grill and bumper (Can't find on eBay)
4. I don't think the steering wheel buttons are needed if I don't intend to ever change the follow distance, I always keep it on the shortest setting.

Where can I get the parts 1, 2 and 3 for my VIN 9N10419? I cannot find the parts numbers on VIN decoder or Bimmercat.

Use real OEM. Look up a 2020 model year x3.

Use bmw-etk.info has newer catalog. Or buy one day access to BMW AOS online catalog(bmwtech info).
For FSC i can get it for you.
For MFL steering button you will have to get the correct version.

For easier method of what parts you need to replace you can add 5DF to fa and calculate svt soll. It will show you part that are required.

hello , I also have retrofit 5DF acc stop and go , but does not work needs the fsc to work I presume ? if I push on the button on the steering , it tells I could buy this in the connected drive store. but I can't .
can you help me out here please ?

-Parking assistant is a gimmick that only works a fraction of the time.
-Steering assist is so bad it should not be allowed on the market. The car cannot go more than 1/2 mile in ideal conditions.

The only thing that's actually really good is automatic cruise control.

I suggest actually driving a car with these features.

Sounds like your car may have a fault if you can't go 1/2 mile lol.

DAP (Distance ACC, assisted steering, lane keeping etc) works great for me and I use it regularly without issue. I've completed thousands of miles using it.

My journeys can be 300+ miles and DAP controls much of the driving and is particularly useful on motorways and in traffic jams. I just sit back and relax.

I don't use Parking Assist Pro to actually park the car very often, but I would not be without the associated 360 camera system to help me park. A couple of added benefits are also Reversing Assistant, which I use a lot to reverse to passing points on very narrow country lanes, and Drive Recorder using the 360 cameras.

As the other guy said, either your car’s steering assist is screwed up, or you have non marked roads that you’re calling ideal. I even use it on sort of faded line marking roads and it works awesome even through corners.
