Thanks! I run Sport+ in all settings, but have read some do like to have more suspension sway to put the weight on the rear for better traction. Maybe something I should consider with future runs.

Great runs my friend! Nice and consistent too. Definitely use Comfort on the suspension side. You could also try leaving a little earlier in the RPM range. Usually if you are spinning hard you need more grip or less boost/RPM. Being stock tune the Michelins should hold the grip just need to modulate how hard you are pushing it.
It's a learning curve on these cars but can't argue with improvements. GL with the record!

Great shot!!!! try the soft suspension...for launching its a must. I tried stiff and launched like crap.

X4M Competition RWD
Hi. Attached my best time for 1/4mile.
I have a doubt (X4M C), thank you if anyone can help me. My car have coding, rwd activated. To better my time for 1/4 and 1/2mile, could i follow this steps? First i clear the tires with the rwd. And then i launch 4wd sport. After ~100km/h i change to rwd again to increase the end speed. What you think about? There is risk to change at rolling? tks |

Although I don't have a background in Automotive Engineering (so take what I say with a grain of salt), I'm not entirely sure I understand how changing to just RWD above 62mph will allow 'an increase in the end speed'? All four wheels are pulling and improving acceleration by that speed so what is to gain by dropping back to RWD only in the upper range, even if you could without damaging components? And again, even though I have no direct knowledge of whether making that change under full power (esp with a solid tune) would cause damage, my gut feeling is that it would certainly seem to significantly heighten the risk of component failure to abruptly go from AWD to RWD under maximum performance stress. Just my $0.02 - maybe others can chime in. |

Just guessing here, but he may possibly be thinking switching from AWD to RWD after the launch will reduce any drive-train power loss and result in a quicker ET and more MPH? Again, just guessing

But knowing how hard the fronts pull during full bore LC for the 1/4, one would have to subtract the acceleration advantages they are providing. So weighing possible gain from using just RWD by diminishing theoretical AWD power loss vs. the loss of pull from the AWD - above my pay grade to sort that one out. But personally, no way I'd try to pull that transition during the max power band even in my bone stock setup, much less a tune running in the low 10's. |

If you can share formal slips from your track I'll add you to the spreadsheets.

I'm attaching your preliminary worksheet to show the data I need to complete your entries. Images of your full slips rather than the partials you shared will allow me to fill in most of the blanks (Strip location and date/time confirmation and second run Rnd #, and then I can look up the weather details and calculate the DAs for each run). Just need to also know your tire psi. Once I have all the blanks filled in I'll prepare your final version and will also add you to the St2 and Overall Leaderboard spreadsheets. Also, your BC Forged RZ05 with the 265/295 PS4S is a new wheel/tire combination for the Members' list, so if you get a chance and can share an image or two and the RZ05 specs (are they OEM size or did you go larger?) in that thread I can add you to the list. https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1949903 |

Awesome times by Garrett, his car absolutely rips! A few things: - He runs the same exact BC specs that I did so 21x9.5 et17 and 21x11 et35 - I think he transposed the first two numbers by accident when sharing the info. I'm pretty sure he meant 4365.
