Question Best way to lower F25 with DHP?

So I am trying to drop my X3 a bit because I slapped on ZCPs but kept the original tire size of the original M sport wheels it came with, so that massive gap between the wheel and the fender now looks like a real eyesore.

I am looking into a KW setup, but I don't want to lose the functionality of the DHP. So my question is, when I install the V2s and it has the EDC delete module, does that also disable adaptive drive or does it strictly eliminate the EDC controls?

I was also leaning towards just getting H&R Sport spring set, but I have heard mixed reviews on that. Some people say the ride gets significantly stiffer, some say its not that bad. I personally don't mind the aggressive feel as I am trying to make a smaller version of my X5M.

So, if you guys were just looking to lower the suspension, would you go with just sport springs or should I go all in with the KW V2s? I am quite happy with the suspension on the car right now, so it may not make sense for me to drop all that on KWs. I have heard of some people just cutting their stock springs a bit to get to the desired height but that sounds too ghetto for my taste, but feel free to convince me lol.

I have H&R installed in mine and I have to say the ride is I actually softer than I would like. I have the adaptive suspension it's an M sport model. I was actually very surprised I was expecting a very stiff ride, and did not get it at all, I'm actually thinking of going in some other direction to get a firmer ride. By the way it dropped it 1 1/2" all around so the ride height is perfect it's just that the firmness is not there.

Thats actually great to hear! sounds like the H&R springs might just be perfect for me in that case. Do you have any side profile pics of your car with the springs on? Would love to see how it looks.

The whole job, the cost of springs, installation, alignment was less than $1000!

That's funny I didn't even notice the other two bmws in the shot, that M2 has the same engine as mine and N55, I can hear him cold start every morning when he goes to work
