Activate TV/DVD-in-Motion?
Has anyone found an activation module for the F25 X3?
The previous generation X3 was a simply software update via the iBus. I've seen lots of plugin solutions for the new F10 5 Series but nothing for the F25......anyone? Thanks |

I know this individual (prochip.de) has this unlocking feature for other BMW models (I bought one for my e89 Z last year to unlock & works great!), but not sure if he's planning on anything for the F25.
I'm sure he might, down the road. You can always contact him at info@prochip.de Dave

At the risk of sounding like someone's mother, should we be watching TV / DVD while in motion?

Did you do it for the X3 as well or only on your Z4? I've read that you might to do the unlock with a module (hardware) and I'm not really that interested in that. A software unlock would be much easier. I've checked your link and couldnt figure out if the tools work for the F25.

No, only for my Z4. I simply provided the email link to prochip.de to enquire about it as he does NOT currently offer this for the F25 Series.
