Currently drive a 2016 428I Gran Coupe (been an amazing car) but now looking into building a brand new 2019 X4 M40I.

On BMWUSA there is no option yet for black grill, mirror caps etc..

Do you guys think this will soon be added? I find it strange that the M performance models wouldn't have some more of "black out kit" when my Gran Coupe has the option and it isn't an M sport.

Also, whats up with BMW never offering a Black wheel option? Literally everyone else offers black wheels from the dealer including Mercedes, Jaguar, Land Rover etc.. Even Ford and Jeep offer "black out kits"

There is plenty of black accents for X4 !

- Black grill

I am not sure how it works in US, but in Europe those part are offered as an accessories. We have got online configurator to pick accessories and place an order for them:

Here is a link to front grill, carbon caps and black wheels with part numbers.
When you go to you dealer and ask for those part, I am sure they should import those parts for you.

Wait seriously? We don't have any of those options on BMWUSA.com.. No black rims (looks really good in the photos you attached) No black grill, no mirror caps - What website are you going to for your configuration?

Every dealer I've talked to either has no idea, or says the silver is the only option they have.

Seriously! On every European website (bmw.de, bmw.co.uk, bmw.pl etc..) there is a section called "BMW Offers -> BMW Wheels & Tyres".

There you can find such configurator.

E.g. in Germany:

I saw you don't have such configurator on bmwusa.com.. I wonder how you buy complete wheels for winter or so ? There must be an accessory department to provide such.

Just bought full set from IND Distribution - black front grill, black lower grill, black badges, black mirror caps, black hood roundel, and black rear/trunk roundel set. Looks mean. IND is the best!
