I originally wanted black leather with black or grey stitching, and with grey poplar. I looked at one on the lot with black leather, blue stitching and rhombicle. I immediately knew it's what I wanted. The blue pops just enough without it looking tacky. I like the design of the rhombicle and I love that it leaves no prints (I usually brace my fingers in front of the screen when I'm using the touch screen)

Curious as to your order date and total time waiting? I ordered my G01 yesterday.

Thanks guys. Its definitely a lot better in person. The blue piping looks great in the evening when the ambient light becomes more noticeabe. And the rhombicle just feels nice and sturdy. I thought some of the wood finishes were a little too plastic looking for my taste. And I didn't really like that the brushed aluminum didn't match the other brushed aluminum (or stainless steel or whatever it is) that are on the door and near the display and gear shifter. To each their own.

So I’ve only been waiting 1 week so far and only have 1 week to go! If I had spec’d from scratch, I think I would have gone for blue with cognac on 20’s. The 21s look great but I know will be expensive for tyres. The rest of the spec was pretty much what I wanted. |
