Have them on our RS3 at a reasonable ride height and much less bounce than stock and more comfortable.

Don't forget that when you modify spring rates, damper settings need to be adjusted in order for your suspension to work properly (i.e. rebound characteristics). Shocks/dampers and springs need to be looked at as a matched set if you want your suspension to work properly. If you just change springs and they are significantly different in rate than stock, the odds are that other aspects of your suspension feel will be negatively effected.

Sometimes you get lucky and one change will actually improve things, especially if they were screwed up from the factory. Perhaps MSS hit that formula with this spring kit.

Now I'm kind of pissed that I went with a base X3M. Probably should have just gotten a comp and then put a kit like this on to fix the suspension.

Wouldn't BMW revise the suspension for 2021 X3M (or later MY)? They did for F80 M3s didn't they? I'm sure BMW is aware of the ride complaints and it doesn't seem like these are selling like hotcakes like many expected.

Just adjusted my spring today.
Last Saturday I was rushing the installation where I didn't adjust it properly.

Now, after adjusting it, it rides much better.
Still comfortable, yet still have the tight handling.

I will keep you guys updated once I put more miles tomorrow and if I need to adjust it again.

does the tow rating stay the same with these springs?
Not doing a lot of towing but like to pull a car once in a while on a futura trailer

I believe tow rating is combination of spring rate, chassis design, and drivetrain.

With that saying, as long as you are closer to stock height, it would be fine.
That way you'll still have enough suspension travel to handle the extra weight.

It is still softer than stock. But since the spring is softer than stock, it travel more during compression and rebound.
Which create a kick feeling on the rebound.

While the stock spring, have short travel since it is stiffer.

For overall comfort, it does what it promised.
Re the rebound:- surely the damper software needs to be recalibrated to suit?

No, it was my setup.
I am still playing around with it, but after readjustment, it felt much better.
So, stay tune.

MSS UK said it will take 500-2000 miles for it to fully settle.

It seems as if these kits flew off the shelves. We ordered a set and are seeing a 5-7 week time frame due to backorders..

Pretty sure I am going to book in to get this done with evolve. If I am doing for a comfort perspective I wonder if something else will come to market such as softer springs (don't need height adjustment feature)

Also with the magic at the rear I wonder if the front springs are softer than stock?

Thinking about it I think there is a lot of merit in the fact it's been developed and tested with the factory dampers

For comfort these will likely still be your best bet. I'm not sure as to why but height adjustable springs seem to ride a little better then non adjustable. Since these are the Urban lineup, they'll likely be the most comfort oriented. IMO

Ben, how much install time does it take? I may have you save a set for me depending on that. My stock springs have given way a bit and better ride now after 16000 miles in Michigan.

About 4-5 hours.
So far I only done it twice. I should be able to save 1 hour once I get to do it more and able to find some shortcut.

Let me know. I have a few more coming.

Spoke to my local tyre dealer (or tire depending on the side of the pond you reside) and they said if alignment is out significantly it may mess up lane assist etc

I would imagine keeping stock height and the fact the springs sit with the stock dampers it shouldn't be too bad!
