Maxton Design side skirts
I'm going to be ordering the side skirts to go with my front lip splitter but according to Maxton the side skirts don't take into consideration the puddle lights near the front fender. Has anyone installed these and made cutouts so the puddle lights can shine through? How difficult was it and what did you use. I haven't received them yet but I was thinking a Dremel tool would be all that was needed.

from what I remember - the X3 and X4 versions are slightly different ... the x3 version doesn't have the cutout, and i believe the x4 does. Slightly different designs. The X3 one doesn't fully block the lights, but IMO isn't worth modifying, but could be done - with a dremel and a file, or pay a professional body shop.
I was going to get a set and was going to order the x4 ones, i haven't yet, but still want a set to match my front lip.
