We are super excited to get this thread going and let you know that the Valvetronic Designs exhaust system for the G01 platform is finally finished development! We look forward to your B58 Having the vocals it deserves

At Valvetronic Designs, we believe in offering enthusiast the ultimate experience. That is why in our pursuit to develop engineer and deliver the worlds most enjoyable sound experience for the G01 platform, we have resulted in one of our finest systems yet. Utilizing many developments from our other systems, we have focused on utilizing the maximum piping diameter so that you get the most raw and unfiltered sound experience when the valves are opened. When the valves are open, this system is as raw as it comes. Tons of turbo spool, aggressive overrun, and an unfiltered aggressive sound that sings all the way from idle to redline. Fortunately, with the valves closed, the exhaust is extremely docile and perfect for a daily use. Over 25 dB of sound difference from valves open to valves closed means that you're enjoy enjoyment of your G01 will be unwavering as this exhaust system allows you to have that much needed flexibility. At Valvetronic Designs, we never compromise, and neither should you when it comes to choosing the best exhaust system for your G01.

Features of this Valved Exhaust
Constructed from T304 Stainless Steel
3.5 in midpipe for maximum sound and flow
Dual Pneumatic Actuated Valves for Unparalleled Longevity and Flexibility
20.9 lbs Lighter than the factory exhaust
Fully Mandrel bend for maximum flow
Precision tig welds for high strength
100% REVERSABLE, always able to go back to stock at any time

Due to our success on the G20 M340i platform and many other Bmw models, we have honed in on what really works well for these vehicles. The B58 truly does rain supreme, and the sound you get out of this full exhaust system on this spectacular car, is 2nd to none.

At the time of this posting development has completed for the exhaust system, and pre-orders are now open. Systems will be delivered at the end of March and early April!

Finally! Love it! Only thing I notice off first impressions is the exhaust tips stick out a bit far, are you guys working on maybe fixing this? Thanks!

Any chance you could post a before-after vid comparing to stock? The stock exhaust (at least on 18-19 models) is pretty aggressive as-is so I’d be curious how much this differs. I do like how much quieter this system is with valves closed though. My 19 with AA catted dp is obnoxiously loud during cold starts.

This sounds awesome! Is the valve controlled solely via the remote and driving mode changes has no control over it anymore? Just wondering if it integrates in with OEM system or not.

Pre LCI. Noisier to start with and exaggerated by most after market exhausts. What about an LCI with OPF filters?

I def be down to buy. Seeing as its just coming into production mode, how long do you think it'd take to ship new orders?

Great looking sound and setup.

You guys need to option one without pneumatic controlled valves. My mechanical sensitive ears will hear that compressor run lol

so i'm confused with the exhausts on the market, between Fi, RES, Valvetronic etc. wouldn't they all sound the same in 'sport' mode with the valves open? At that point, wouldn't it just be straight piped exhaust out of the tips, and no actual gasses go through the muffler?

Do the valves work like the oem exhaust? Open and close between comfort and sport plus etc..?
