F25 Air intake manifold hood

Would anyone know part number for no. 15 circled in red? Does this have any clips known to break? Keeps coming off the insert in blue. Makes some air noise on acceleration when off.

It looks like the part number might be for object 10. It'll come with all the pieces, but should include the part you're looking for. I don't think there's a way to get just object 15.
