I don't know, it also doesn't show Pipavav which is it's next port of call as of now, nor it's previous two being Shang Hai or Singapore since it left Dalian.

Phoenix Leader appears on the "Europe to USA, Caribbean and South America (RTW)"

I see the Cepheus Leader is about to arrive at Southampton. Anyone know whether this is likely to have iX3s? I cannot seem to find whether it has been in Dalian - furthest back I saw the other day was it was in Singapore before heading to the Suez Canal then various stops round Europe, the last being Bremerhaven.

My dealer says I should expect delivery in June so I am hoping my car might be on this ship.

My car is currently at sea and was due to be delivered to my house in the next 3 week.
Online genius has just reported that my car has had a recall to have a program control unit (head unit) fitted. Not sure what impact this will have now, will it be fitted in the uk or go back to China? quite fed up of all this now.

It sounds like we are in the same boat (or literally on it). I have just checked with Genius and my dealer and I too have the recall. My dealer says they will deal with it in house when it arrives. I believe it is a software upgrade to reactivate some features that were not active when it left the factory. He said it should not impede the delivery more than an extra day.

Looking at the timing of things (I have just been quoted delivery in 2-3 weeks), our cars must be on the Asteria Leader, currently heading for Bremerhaven and due in Southampton late Wednesday. My dealer has quoted it takes up to 10 days from disembarking for the car to reach the dealership, then 2-3 days or so for the registration, recall upgrades, etc. to be completed.

Take heart I think you will still be a very happy chap in about 3 weeks time.

Hi all, My car has been on code 160 ('vehicle hand over to sales') since 27.04.22. Was told on 23.05 est delivery of 24.07.22 and informed today 4 wks later (20.06) that it would be 8th August!

Not sure if I should give up now as the 160 code doesn't seem to be moving :-(

I know it’s super frustrating. Mine stayed at 160 for ages aswell! Have you tried calling the customer services instead of using the online chat? I found that helpful.
If it helps, mine is due for delivery 1st of August. And left China on the 5th of June I think. So yours might be on the same boat. And the status could just not have been updated. I’ve read a few posts on here where some peoples dratus codes didn’t change.

I think mine was at the “in production” status for about 10 days or so. But it’s worth bearing in mind there is usually a delay in updating status codes and they’re not always accurate but it will give you a guide.

The standard time BMW give is 12 weeks from production to delivery, so if your car went into production this week, finishes the production process next week (week 26), 12 weeks from there is 19th September (week 38) so what they’re saying sounds about right.

Ordered week 3 2022, but I think it depends greatly on whether your dealer had an allocation already. I suspect an order without an existing dealer allocation takes quite a bit longer.

It honestly takes bmw hours to build the car, the biggest delay is usually just luck of timing at the port.

A friend’s car was built a week before mine and he got the car almost a fortnight ago as it was on a boat within days. Mine just missed the boat and sat at port for almost another month and I’m not expecting it until end of July.

Same here, I ordered my BMW IX3 M Sport Pro in January of this year (2022), the delivery estimate was for the end of July (2022) but 2 weeks ago they sent an email that there will be a delay and the new estimate is for September .
