I checked today, now estimating delivery to dealer on august 7th. I guess that sounds about right if the boat arrives towards the end of this week

Oh no really?! I called my dealership earlier today and they still told me next week. But maybe mine will change aswell. 🤷*♀️

My car has been at stays 195 since beginning of June, leading me to think it’s one the Phoenix leader. I’ve just checked with the genius online and they have just told me the status was updated today to 193, meaning it’s in Southampton. Has anyone else had this?

I think 193 is arrived at port of exit, which I think Bremerhaven counts as. I’d guess you’re on the Phoenix

Hey BimmerStanMan, I'm similarly trying to figure out a "typical" timeframe from production to delivery. From what others have posted (I can't remember the exact source) I've concluded about 15 weeks.

My production week was last week and my dealer is telling delivery is stated as October (although she is hopeful of September)... I'll just have to wait and see.

I'm getting 193 as well. The BMW Genius says this means it has arrived and is saying that it goes back to 193 because there is no code 196 (Shipment Arrival) anymore.

I think, like Zerouali said, the code must have been reset when the car got to Bremerhaven as that is now deemed the port of exit.

The only thing I am worried about is that my dealer, who to be fair has been woefully misinformed for 2 months, thought the cars would need to be QC'd at Bremerhaven. So hopefully it doesn't mean that it is no longer on the boat!

Fingers crossed that is just bogus info and misunderstanding the rationale of the Bremerhaven stop. At this stage I'm happy to bet that thanks to deductions and research of the people on this forum we as a group understand the chain more than the dealers and 'Genius' 🙂

Just got notification from my dealer that the boat has docked... which is odd! I think either we have all been tracking the wrong boat (unlikely), or this 193 update is being misinterpreted by the dealers to think its arrived. Hopefully another update in the next day or two to say its on its way to the Dealership in North London

mines still status 195 according to Genius online and my car is on the phornix leader.

Bmw twitter are saying my car is in the UK and at code 195 - port of entry, they are adamant this is correct with a est delivery to me around 8-9th Aug.

update: Justy asked Genius again and now stating 193.

That's great, thanks. Typically after posting I found a new thread suggesting 14 to 15 weeks as well.

BMW state 12 weeks from production to delivery which is bang on for me, although most of the time it’s 10-12 weeks. Either way I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait!
