Thoughts?
You can CPO and buy your X3M for not much more than that. It's what I did.

I'm coming up on my lease as well and thinking of buying out my lease. What made you do the CPO? Did you get a good deal?

The CPO qualifies you for promotional financing and a rebate. So it made up for a significant chunk of the cost of the 1 year CPO warranty. Also, gives you an unlimited mileage warranty for the 5th year of ownership (which will help resale value).

FWIW if you are a BMWCCA member for at least 6 months, you’ll get at least a $500 rebate on top.

Anyone seeing discounts off MSRP for X3M Comp in So Cal area? I am not too particular on the build, so I will be buying off the lot.

Call Jim Thomas at Stevens Creek BMW in Santa Clara. They have 3 on the lot, I have bought all 3 of my X3M’s from Stevens Creek and had them shipped to LA. Good Luck!

Working a deal with BMW of Murray in SLC. Should end up $2k under MSRP not counting rebates. SLC has a fw more already on order coming in. All are fully loaded Comp models in a different combo of colors.

Oh, and there are "rebates" of a sort. There's a military discount and a graduate discount that can be worth $500-$2000.

Anyone have any info/leads from Pacific NW dealers on placing a custom build? Looking to place an order in the next couple of months in a specific spec and starting to look into allocations

Lot of dealers are sitting on X3Ms. Heck, you might be able to get an M5 for that money. M cars are starting to slow down so I'd try to your hardest to wait it out.

Only if the BMW CCA rebate was not used on the car when it was purchased/leased new by the original owner. Important caveat to check on.

Anyone know what the base money factor and residual value is right now for an X3MC, 12k mile lease? Thanks in advance!

How does this play out? Buy out $ + CPO $ + made-up-dealer-$$ = your out the door number?

What does a CPO cost?

I’m considering doing the same when (or before) my lease ends.

FYI - For anyone looking to buy or lease it seems like there are deals to be had especially at end of month. Had two dealers competing against each other and ended up with 8.4% off a loaded 2024(90k). Also make sure the dealer isn’t marking up the money factor on leases and if so, have them knock more off the price to compensate.

In California, there are definitely deals on them. Are you looking to order or find one on the lot? If I could PM I would help you out, but still have to wait 6 days(new to forum).

Got -10% MSRP, slighly more, on a 2024 X3M (base) lease.. seemed like a great deal at the time but I do somewhat regret not going MC. YMMV.

Car was sourced at a high volume dealer in NY.
