A bit of good news this afternoon. I was informed by my salesman that my X3 has been built and awaiting shipping. They even provided me with the VIN. I don't have an ETA yet, but it should be very soon. Happy!

Congrats! You will love it. I have found that my X3 M40i is the perfect "all rounder" jack of all trades type. It's sporty when I want it to be, can haul a bunch of shit when I want, and can tow up to 4500# when I want. It's a total package for me.

Looks good to me. I noticed you have a little badge on the front fender above the vent, is that an "M badge" or something else? Don't see any red in the badge/pic. Canada seems to get extras we don't get in the US. Enjoy your new Bimmer.

For marketing reason, if I'm not mistaking, only the US don't get the M badge on the sides (and probably the left front grill).

The X3 arrived on Thursday the 7th. I picked it up on the following Friday. Drove it home and gave it a quick wash from the road salt. I was leaving for Cuba the next morning for a week. I'll be acquainting myself with it this week.
