2,500 miles… without a hitch

Bonded with my ‘19 X3 M40i over my trip from Austin to Seattle via California (the I-5 stretch from LA to Sacramento has to be an all time worst). It was reliable and a beast when needed! Now.. post trip maintenance time…

Thanks for yalls pre trip tips.

^^^Yeah… and feedback! I don’t ever drive my M40i on long trips. Did you use various settings and/or drive options? Anything that stuck out that you weren’t a fan of?

Good questions.

Since I was on cruise control most of the time, I left it in comfort unless I had to make a quick pass. That got me decent mileage without engine drone. I didn’t have lane keep assist, and that would have been nice but honestly not necessary. Literally no complaints. So happy with the B58.

I used Eco Pro on a several hundred mile Interstate drive. It helped with gas mileage vs. the sections of the trip where I used Comfort.
