Dealership updating my F25 to NBTevo_Y has undone my custom coding and removed Carplay, but I am still unable to read Headunit coding with Bimmercode.

I'm looking to VO re-code the ECU (or otherwise factory reset)

Hi Shawn,

Thanks for getting me started with E-sys 2 months ago, things are working perfectly and now I can FDL Code anything I wanted with confidence. You are the man!! You've enlightmented me so much

I just retrofited my F30 with a 6WA and need to code it, I find tutorial on YT showing how to VO Code it which is the bit that I can do. However, I'm wondering how Could I bring the odometer to the new one ?

And are there any steps further than VO Code?

Mileage and VIN needs to be blanked with an EEPROM Programmer.

Btw, when I Read ECUs om E-sys, I didnt see the Kombi so I couldn't VO code it, Do you know how I can tackle this?

FYI, At the moment, with the new IC (6wa), the mileage reading is correct but the gauges arent working

No, I can't, I don't personally do any EEPROM work.

Read ECU has no Kombi, but what does Read SVT show, BKombi?

Delete BKombi from SVT using SVT Editor, and go into E-Sys => VCM, File Tab at Bottom, and on bottom right under SVT Target, you loaded the Edited SVT file, and then select Master Tab at Bottom, and "Write SVT"

Read (ECU) and you should see KOMBI appear.

No idea on BUS ID error. Never see that before.

Are you using Read ECU? Is Kombi MOST Bus connected?

I used Read ECU as you instructed, I think you are correct about Most Bus Connector since I didn't have this connector when installed, have to ask the seller I guess.

When I open e-sys luancher, it states that my EST Software Token is invalid so I couldn't open the software.

I remember that after June we have a new software or something to launch e-sys so Please tell me what I need to do to get e-sys working again?
