I didn't see where you could add 4HA (rear heated seats)?

I originally had that on my order, but realized my kids will be in boosters for probably 4 more years, so I nixed it.

Sometimes they adjust figures to 0-60mph for different markets and this results in a 0.1s difference.

Aaaah....so we can thank you for adding a little executive oversight and getting them to finally put it up!!

For what it's worth, I did ask my CA, who checked with his BMW rep and they swear that the 4FH ventilated seats do NOT remove the thigh extensions.

I can see what you are talking about re the slight difference on the pictures though.... I went ahead and left the vent seats in my order (nice to have here in Gulf Coast!!). Guess I can confirm in a month or so!!!

You have to expand the premium package to see it.

why is rear view camera part of the exec. package.
12.3 digital instrument cluster is the only thing i like from that package.
should've made it separate option

Rear view camera is standard.

Surround cameras which obviously includes rear view is part of the Parking Assistance Package.

The Parking Assistance Package is also included in the Executive Package. Add it to your build and then go to add the Executive Package and it tells you it is removing the PAP because it's contents are already included. I don't know why they list out rear view as its own item in the Executive Package.

I noticed they listed it there, too. But according to the Pricing List, the Rear View Camera option is actually standard equipment. I suspect this was a carryover from before since you have to have a Rear View camera for the surround view to work. My build without the Exec Pack does list the rear view camera as included N/C.

In the US, rear view camera was mandated as safety equipment for all vehicles. That’s why you see that even inexpensive Hyundais have tiny LCD screens with backup cams.

Site seems buggy still. Good to know that I get improved suspension geometry with the dynamic handling package. I thought it just added adjustable dampers. See website description ...

Put your hands on the wheel and your mind at ease. A unique combination of options which result in a handling firmness and superior comfort on bumpy road surfaces. Improves suspension geometry allowing for less "lean" in cornering.

New leather option -- is it better than Dakota?

I cannot stand Sensatec or Dakota, and will never buy another BMW where I cannot get the soft Nappa or Merino leather. Our 335 is rock hard after 2 1/2 years of ownership to the point where I went and sat in other ones at the dealer again just to make sure it wasn't an issue with ours, and indeed -- all the same.

rear view camera is a requirement for the US as of 2018 models yet i would have to spend 2550 on an "executive package" to get a $350 option in years past.

Hopefully, they've improved the H/K audio system. I was not impressed with it in the previous generation of cars.

Digital dash and bigger main screen should really be standard. Whats the point of even offering multiple screen sizes? That might have worked in 2001, welcome to 2017 when 55" 4k TVs are $399.

The rear view camera is still standard without executive package on the X3 M40i.

If you look at the order pdf it is included regardless of if you have exec pack or not.

At these prices, would one go for a Porsche Macan S or the BMW X3 M40i?

The prices are more reasonable than Macan. They just get up there if you spec the tech
