X3 e83 Key comfort access not working.

I have a 2010 e83 LCI and the key fob comfort window open feature no longer works. I have checked coding of GM5 and is still active? I also tried to coded comfort close and not working either?
Does anyone have any ideas why? This year does not have a comfort access module that I know of.
