Opening the boot??

Why would they? How would they? This would be work that would need to be done by the factory. The cars were sold with the missing parts. No promise was made to upgrade at a later date.

Well my car has arrived (M Sport Pro built 06/05/2022) and has the comfort tailgate opening where you swipe your foot, it works perfectly.

Also the boot opens normally without needing the key.

OP I suspect your Lock settings are a bit off in idrive. If you’re still having issues post a photo of your lock settings up and I’m sure we can sort it
