Kid proofing part 7

The ever evolving / ongoing process of kid proofing my X3M continued this weekend. I added some custom cut PPF to the plastic entry sills where that they love to step on when they get in.

Any other good kid proofing tips from my fellow ocd'ers out there? Already have the kick mats and seat protectors on lock

I'm pretty OCd too & I don't even have kids getting into my vehicle yet. What seat covers are kick mats are you referring to... ?

Mine are 5 and 7, so they are in those hybrid boosters with backs. I bought the brica seat guardian to lay under the seats and the brica kick mats for the seat backs.

I see... These are very essential items in a X3 M with kids.

I've also added ppf to the corners of the blue sills (on all doors). Also some ppf where they shut the doors as they never use the handles to do that!

We have our first kid due on June 22nd and I'm getting my X3M ready lol. Have you had any issues with the Brica seat guardian damaging the leather seats? Many of these seat covers (including this one) have reviews on Amazon that they leave imprints on the leather and/or stain the seats. Any issues you've experienced?

Just an FYI … for those getting car seat mat protectors, unless it is made by the manufacturer of the car seat and tested with it, it is technically not safe … just something to be aware of
