What's the verdict on front splitters?
I am interested in either the RKP or Sterckenn front splitter and am looking for feedback from owners. There are some old threads on both splitters as well as splitters in general and I want to see how owners feel about their splitters now.
Thanks for the input. |

I notice you own an x3m40i...splitters for those vehicles are different from the x3m's...Also, take a look at Maxton front splitters. Much less expensive and there are a few members here who have one installed

Has anyone installed a cheap splitter, something like this?
https://www.ssdd-motorsport.com/bmw-...-splitter-set/ I don't want to pay a ridiculous amount for something in carbon that I'm only going to have to wrap or paint black anyway. |

Thanks for this photo. Wondered what it would look like on PB. If the carbon option was available when I got mine, I probably would've stuck with that and kept the exterior an OEM look. The M Performance rear is my favorite rear diffuser option. Oh well, such is life.

Just my personal philosophy - but for the longest time I would only put OEM parts on my car. I'm now OK with high quality aftermarket brands like RKP etc. but I could never bring myself to put cheap knockoffs on my car, I respect it too much. If I can't swallow the price of a legitimate part, I would rather just go without.
