Yeah, that center stack layout is completely different from the current X3. Looks more like the one in the X5, especially the shape of the climate vents and the location of the climate controls in relation to the vents.

Just saw the video on Instagram, new X3M and X4M is coming, some new goodies, wish they come with new coolers and individual options.

In the video it looks like Frozen Portiamo Blue (or a different variant of Blue) will be added. There is also rumors of Sao Paulo Yellow being added.

I'm hoping, and would think, it's a safe bet that the Non-M will take this new center console style and pretty much any other interior changes. I suspect an order for an X3 M40i will be placed next week!

Nah. If they are going to change for the M, they will do for all since they have started it.

Good to know BMW has changed the LCI pattern. If not, the x3 will always have the most outdated interior among the BMW lineup.

Yeah, the yellow X4M is in that video, looking forward to see the green one, hopefully, as good as in the picture.

Yes. Although we missed out on this one, it means the totally new X3 in 3 years time will have one of the most updated interior and idrive 8!

Will be looking forward to that. Just hope they don't screw up the design

I'll be honest, it kind of pisses me off that they would make a change of this magnitude to the LCI. I would not have bought my 2021 if I knew that the whole damn interior was being upgraded. Maybe I'm just in the moment though.

Yep, and when the all new one arrives many wish wish they waited for that one as well. I am coming from a 2011 328 bought new 10 years ago that didn’t even have a back up camera, so despite having more tech in my wife’s X5, I am happy with the current tech offered on my X3. Knowing as well that many improvements have been made during it’s first 4 years of life hopefully nets me another 10 good years. Anyway there will always be the next best thing so enjoy what you have as it is still a great SAV.

I don't think X3 or X4 will have an updated center console or center stack. See the G30 LCI. The only thing that changed was the instrument cluster and idrive screen size.

The screenshots above are directly from the video posted by BMW M for the upcoming LCI of the X3M & X4M. Zero chance that they would update the center stack of the M models only for the LCI.

Hmmm. Interesting. I guess we will have to see if it's only for X3 M and X4 M. Like I said, G30 got no update with 2021 LCI. It would be a little odd to only have it be for the M and not the 30i and M40i. Time will tell.
