X3 E83 XDrive 2010

Afternoon everybody
Last week the following warning lights came on. No warning buzzer. She drives still fine but I can feel she lost the front wheel drive. Can this be the transfer box or a modem?

Check codes. I get that on mine from time to time but is always an intermittent steering angle sensor code.

Once I turn the x3 off then on again and start driving they disappear in about 5 seconds of driving forward.

Let me know.
