Just picked up a 2008 X3 with 130K and in great shape. Changed the oil, trans fluid/filter, diff fluid, and plugs. Very excited for the next 100K. Can't wait to find out who has a perfect solution for upgrading the audio to add current functionality but keep the OEM feel.

I haven't had a chance to get good pics and here is why. First one is the day I got her in the garage. Second is yesterday. Waiting on the engine support bar and a replacement tow hook so I can finish the oil pan gasket replacement. My automotive OCD couldn't deal with the few oil drips on the floor...

she's gorgeous! My F30 335 is leaking oil from the Oil Filter Housing and it's killing me too.. But going to finish up replacing the transfer case gear on the e83 first. Best of luck to you.
