Floating BMW Center Caps for X3M Competition?

Hi guys, does anyone know if the following "BMW FLOATING CENTER CAPS Part Number 36-12-2-455-269" fit a 2020 X3M Comp with 21" wheels? I love those darn things, but everything I've read say that they don't fit?

Any ideas or suggestions guys?

Me too. But everywhere I look to purchase they say it doesn't fit that particular car. I'm not sure if I believe them...

Yea it could be one of those things where the X3M is so new that the "does it fit" recommendation hasn't been updated yet. Could always just buy and return if they don't fit but I think they will.

I ported mine over from my rims on my m40i to my x3mc last fall. They fit as expected. I think they were 68mm, but not 100% sure about that.

EDIT: I had 21" on my m40i as well as my x3mc if that helps as well

You can ask Nate@IND also. They’re one of our sponsors and currently offering a 10% to support them and the car industry. They sell them and also can paint them.

Here’s my OEM 21” center caps for reference:

Seems most BMWs use a 68mm:

These are not the floating ones, just sizes for reference.

Yes, the floating center caps do fit.

Swapped them over from my 2019 X5 M-sport when I traded it in.

Can someone explain exactly what these do? Is it that the BMW logo is always oriented correctly?

Yes. Not sure it's worth the money, but yes.

Ah - thank you. And agreed.

One thing I always do is orient the bottom of the logo towards the valve stem. That has been enough OCD for me
