We were in a similar situation, dealer a had a lot on the lot but nothing with the hitch package or a few other items. So we ended up ordering one.

We got almost 5% off (purchase, not lease) without even asking, plus whatever rebates were active. This was on an order for a MY2020 - and they gave us 2k more than the truecar value on our trade.

8% off before incentives was possible for me yesterday on a car on the lot. Thios would have been about 15% off MSRP. Car was missing adaptive suspension, which i have decided i must have.

Any word on November incentives yet?

Does anyone know if lease credits are applied to the cap reduction line, rebate against drive-off or both?

I think the monthly payments seem high.

Ultimate care cost nothing —general maintenance and good for three years
Ultimate care plus is wiper blades and brake pads
Within first three years usually is $750 as standalone
If you have 21 rims, the rim tire is def. worth it
—note curb or road rash not covered. Need to crack or bend rim. These are usually expensive and add a few thousand to out the door cost.

First deal is the best deal of the bunch. You have typo lease credit is 1250.

To be honest, they don't discount these as deeply as X3mc

You can get a $78k bare bone (which is fairly loaded) for $777 a month 36/10 same drive off

And an $82.4k for $819 a month 36/10 same drive off.

In NYC vicinity in NY state.

You could also try to lease in NJ, they have a lot of dealers so some competition. See if there are any of these same build on lot and negotiate. You can use refundable MSDs to bring down the MF to lower your monthly. You are still eligible for MSD buying in NJ even if registering in NY.

I'm putting together a custom build 2020 m40i with MSRP of around $69k. Dealer is offering around $5k off MSRP and BMW rebates are around 4k for purchase and 3k for lease. So about $9k off. Makes the used 2019's look pretty unattractive.

This seems like a pretty good deal. Basically $1k under invoice from the dealer. Thoughts?

Just got a 2019 demo X3 M40i sold as new with 4,500 miles for $46,350. It had a $59,500 original MSRP and came with full warranty and maintenance minus a few months. Only a few options including premium and driver assistance, but I'm cool with that for the money. Technically below "KBB Trade in" value!

Tried to find other dealers who could beat it but no one came close!

Trust me it was a tough decision on missing out on that extra 27HP! But this was too good to pass up on. Maybe they will have some sort of a PPK like the older 335?

Hi all,
I have a question about the "Conquest" incentive. I didn't see it mentioned in the first post of the thread, but does it currently exist for this month?
If so, is it $750 (for the X3) and do I need to own any particular non-BMW brand?

Thanks!

Have a noob question !
How did you get a deal completely online ? Build the order and raise the local quote . BMW site gives me just one local dealer.
Did you share the same build with multiple dealers ?

At least how I do it and maybe the only way is to go through every dealers inventories to find a car that matches your need then start negotiations.

When i shotgunned my build to 4 dealers, I saved the build code then changed my default dealer on the builder to the four dealers. click send. took about 10 minutes to build and email out.
