Front Windows Lifter Programing

Someone broke the front passenger window of my 2013 X3 and I tried to get it fixed at Safelite but it turns out to be more involved as they were not able to get a replacement glass that fits. After a bit of research, BMW changed the lifter mechanism in 2014 and the replacement glass that are available is sized for the new lifters. The old system was Inteva and the new one is Brose.
Instead of selling the old glass for the Inteva lifters, BMW has a conversion kit with the new Brose lifters and glass for both doors. Looking on line, it does not look like a hard conversion to perform and I may just do it myself. But according to ISTA the car needs to be programmed for the new Brose lifters. Has anyone done the programing before? Can it be VO coded with E-sys?
