I ran into some trouble updating MOVE map on an older X3. The car is 2012 X3 F25 x20d with CHAMP2 HU.
Current map is original map Road Map Europe MOVE 2012 from the factory. I-level is also original from factory F025-12-03-503. VIN from car and HU match.

Problem is that I can't update maps that are newer than 2014 before I get the I-level or HU firmware updated bacause of the PUMA case. And I only have Europe West MOVE 2017-2 and 2021 maps. Current navigation does not work, it keeps asking for FSC code.

Is there a way to revert to the current FSC code with E-SYS so the navigation would work until I get the I-level updated? If not, will the I-level update correct the problem and I can load 2017-2 maps first and then 2021?
Or is there something else that has to be done for the navigation to work?

Solved the problem. I generated lifetime code and that did the trick.
