I got a code like coupe minutes after and I did it for several dealerships.

Do I need to go in person tomorrow to further authenticate the code or once I got it which I did; it's valid ?

So this event has different setting then.

Those events I attended before did not give me code prior to actual participation.

Yeah, they took the OL code but only $500 off the selling price instead of $1k. The other $500 depends on the dealer and if they want to give it up.

If BMW truly wants customer to enjoy the $1000 from OL code, they should change it to reimburse model similar to that of BMWCCA rebate (membership benefit). I guess the BMWCCA rebate money is also from BMW, but in this way dealership cannot reduce the rebate amount.

Holly smoke, it's been a while since i bought bmw as new, i still drive MY 2003 and 2004.

I have posted recent thread here, asking for some member help,

https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1586761

But the consensus from that thread is, i should really be looking at new G01 2019 MY X3 M40i instead, than used 2018 MY with 14K miles.

So, the MSRP with following options come out to $64,125'ish (excluding destination charge, and no wireless/wifi option).

Suppose 9% off $64,125'ish, comes out to $58,614.92'ish (before destination, NC tax, etc.), before any available revates and loyalty.

My plan (just because i need to keep my monthly payment low) is to put down around $55,000'ish, and finance the rest.

Are folks really getting ~9%'ish off the MSRP (or invoice)?

As a Costco member, i know i can get $500'ish off the invoice as starting point of negotiation, but ~9%'ish (conservative) off, that is WOW!

EXTERIOR
Some sort of metallic

INTERIOR
Some kind of Vernasca Leather w/contrast stitching/piping*

PREMIUM PACKAGE
EXECUTIVE PACKAGE
DRIVING ASSISTANCE PLUS PACKAGE
DRIVING ASSISTANCE PACKAGE

ADDED OPTIONS
• Apple CarPlay Compatibility
• Harman Kardon surround sound system
• Rear manual side window shades

STANDARD FEATURES
...

Thanks much.

I am also in NC. Tried to negotiate ~ 8% off before the rebates and incentives kick in, but the dealer (BMW Southpoint) is not willing to do that.

BTW, I don't think there's any BMW dealers nearby honors the Costco Auto Program as I've tried it.

I just purchased an X3 from this same dealer and should take delivery of it this week. I too didn't get a lot movement on the price, 4625 total including incentives on 58320. That said, they did help me out immensely with an loaner while my X3 was being built as my car had been totaled in late December and I needed something to drive. Under the circumstances I can't complain and after dealing with every comparable dealer in the area I have only good thing things to say about BMW Southpoint especially so compared to the adjacent Acura dealer.

Thanks for that heads up. Yes, BMW southpoint was my first choice, but i guess my hope of negotiating for 13.97%'ish off (for $9k off with incentives/discount/...) on $64,412'ish sticker price probably will go no where, dead end.

Bummer about the costco auto program.

I have been trying to negotiate on a fully loaded M40i (and I mean fully loaded - and PCD) and my local dealer here in Indianapolis doesn't seem to want to go more than 3.5% dealer discount. With current loyalty and finance incentives of $4,000, I'm looking at about 8.3% off MSRP. From what I am reading in this thread, that's not even close to what others are seeing. Thoughts? I have started calling other dealers. Any forum SAs care to talk?

All deals are local. I'm in a small Midwest market like you, and the deal I got last September was not much better than yours. There are only 2 BMW dealerships in my area so that has something to do with lack of super aggressive competition. In addition, if the dealer does not get much allocation of new X3, they have no incentive to let one go without making a decent profit off it...

I suggest you go try a big city market like Chicago and you have a good chance to do better than staying in Indy. Good luck!

This dealership has one of the better deals, also recommended by one of the forum member.

Please someone buy that black/espresso at the top, get me out of my missery. It's about $3,000 out of my price range.

I just ordered a fully loaded M40i here in St. Louis for about 14% off MSRP with all incentives included. Just 199 dealer fee on top of that, plus taxes and license.

My god, what is with dealers in St Louis, MO?

I just did that tonight, 14% off MSRP, and same $199 for what dealer calls the Admin Fee.

I'm grateful for fellow forum member for letting me know about this dealer, but this is just crazy............... when local BMW of Southpoint in Durham, NC won't even budge, and adds more dealer added nonsense's...

Thanks much.

Can you tell me what dealership this is? PM me if you don't want to post it publicly. CA name too if that's OK.

I got two more quotes, the best one being 11.2% off MSRP after rebates and incentives. Waiting for one more I called in yesterday.
