transfer case and ATF capacity requirements?

Hey folks. For those who have changed their transfer case and Auto trans fluid, can you help as to how many litres needed for each. I am just draining and fill only? Also which brand do you recommend as well? Thanks

XFER case = just under one
TRANS = about 4.5
TYPE = OEM

Thanks Bigkid for the info. After checking oem AT fluid it's pretty expensive per litre. I was thinking of ZF lifeguard 8 which is acceptable per BMW. Any objections? Thanks

Nope, same stuff about $25/liter on eBay shipped
XFER case fluid about $50/liter
