No regrets at all. It looks like different shades of blue in different lighting conditions. Not difficult to keep clean. Very few swirls. I am meticulous about washing 2 buckets with dirt traps. Never been in a car wash. 2020 model.

Oh BTW the 2017 G30 beside the X3 is mineral white.

I like "colorful" metallic colours; deep red, light blue, green, orange (for SUVs and sports cars), medium or dark blue. I could live with a silver, pearl or bronze car; white at a stretch but never dark grey or black.
I am considering an X1 in Sunset Orange; my alt choices would be phytonic blue or dark green.

Love my 2019 X3 M40i in Phytonic Blue. I usually get tired of a color within 2-3 years, and as a result, tend to flip cars every 2-3 years. But not with this color, I still like it. Between that and the supply chain issues, I'm in year 4.5 of my X3.

I’m loving phytonic blue. It’s such a great color and is not done justice in photos or on the configurator.

This was right after ceramic coating and it’s been so easy to maintain.

I agree, the color is liquid with a good wax or ceramic. Most popular colors are black, silver, white. Boring. Amazes me how people will dress up their vehicles with aftermarket parts and the color is white or black. Nothing says chick car like white. Wear your sunglasses with white frames for extra points.

I've been fortunate, not one single issue. I've kept up with std maintenance, and that's it.

It's a great driving car. I'm not in love with the seats, and the steering can be twitchy at times. But the car handles superbly, the engine is world-class, and I love the level of technology.

Glad to hear the car has been super reliable . It’s my first BMW and I got it months ago with 50K miles so only time will tell

Love dark colored cars!

BTW, Pinnacle Advanced Swirl Remover is great at removing swirl marks. Its expensive but worth it! I used a hand polishing foam.
