True...but I'm not spending 90k on a V6 there is a couple cylinders missing. Maybe they can tune the S63 in the F95 into high 10 sec range

S58 is a legend in the making.
I’m so excited for G80: Both the grill and engine.

I'm basing this on the 800lb weight difference between the F95 and the F97. My F90 M5 went 11.2 at 124mph pure stock at 4300lbs. My wife's F97 went 11.7 at 119mph pure stock at 4500lbs. The F95 Comp has the same engine as the F90 but weighs 1000lbs more. It should run an 11.9 to 12.0 stock.....will be fun to see the test results come out. |

F97 cruises all day long at 11.7-11.8 by me and others (Me, IND and CarWOW) So the F95 will have to go 11.6 to be a bit quicker...there is no way my F90 would only slow 0.40 sec by adding 1000lbs....not possible. BMW will "rate" the F95 as quicker due to Sales...when the rubber meets the road will probably be a different story... BTW, I loved my F85. Best all rounder up to that point ever for me.... |

X4 is clearly faster
They should have opened all windows and blasted AC to show that a X6 copycat Porsche can come close with its turbo v8 😆

I'm horrified by the new G8x design, plus I'm a vert driver and the new soft-top is a major bummer ... combine those two and I was going to walk from BMW for the first time in 15 years.
Then, a few weeks ago, I sat in the X3M and holy shit if I didn't like it better than any of the other cars I sat in (M2/3/4/5 8) - then I found out new G8x engine??? I'm not up for a year, but if the G8x looks like it does now, this will be my new ride, and I won't even be ashamed of it. |

In pictures they make look a like, but when you sit in the cars, they feel very different. Considering the 3/4/X3/X4 and probably the X5 are the most common BMWs sold, for the vast majority of BMW customers, that's a good thing.

Trackhawk will take all the SUVs off the line, but its weight really slows it down and why it has a lower 1/4 mile. On the flip side I can mod it to run 9s with bolt-ons.

I really wanted a TrackHawk, but with all the issues my Challenger Hellcat had I just could not do another FCA car. Plus, the 9-10MPG, maybe even less with the way that I drive. Was definitely a no-go for me. I was living at the gas pump with the Hellcat That S/C whine was addicting AF. Most TrackHawks are also trapping 113-114MPH which seems very low compared to the X3/4M's 117-118 using real world results for both. On average the Jeep is getting 11.9-12.1s at 113-114 On average the BMW is getting 11.7-11.8s at 117-118. I want to see the head to head race...if only someone near me had a TH.
