X3M Stuck in Quality Check - Normal?
My 2022 X3M entered Quality Check status nearly 3 weeks ago, and hasn't budged since. Is this normal for recent builds?
Tried calling Genius, but after an hour on hold I gave up, and my CA doesn't know anything more either? Anomoly or business as usual? Should I be concerned?

Unfortunately that doesn't sound right, but hopefully your status will change soon. Yikes, on hold for an hour to speak to a Genius is horrible. I've always sent an email (bmwgenius@bmwusa.com) and gotten a response back although it can be a couple days.
