Phone call from bmw na design and production team?

Has anyone received a call direct from bmw na, not the dealer and not a survey

they left a message just to check in and see if I have any questions or concerns

I have yes, asking about the x3m shortly after I got mine. Asked my background with BMW, features i'd like to see, changes, general feedback.

Did you at least ask for low end torque? As a retrofit?

No joke. We spoke a lot about that, performance at my altitude. So yes. I actually did.

Yes. And they also said to call their number if we had other thoughts or concerns in the future. Great experience.

I also received a call. Had a nice conversation with someone who actually knew what they were talking about. Some of the things we discussed were iDrive7, M specific paddle shifters, the gear selector, more wheel and tire options and performance. Overall an excellent conversation.

I would have requested headlight washer and backup camera washer as well. i miss that from my Rangerover

Tell them to offer more upscale steering wheel options.
