Best recommendation for secondary cats delete

I am considering doing this mod because I've read it might help with low end torque.

I currently have no other mods but own a Bootmod3 license which I'll use at some point.

Which vendor makes the simplest solution for me?

Price is not my primary concern but availability in Canada would be great so I don't need to import.

Thanks

That would be a full cat-back exhaust system like Remus or Akrapovic or Eisenmann.
The mid-pipe will remove the secondary cat.

I am not sure if Canadian have any distributors there. AFAIK, most of them are coming from the US.

Let me know if you want a quote.

Ben, weren’t you working on a catless midpipe?

Yes, but it has been on delay since March.
Raw material supplier is behind.

I could be wrong but the way I read it was he wants to keep his factory muffler and just swap out mid pipes for one wo cats. I do think Remus sells a kit for theirs when retaining stock muffler.

Yea, the reason I recommend full cat-back.
Akrapovic, Remus, and Eisenmann designed their mid-pipe to work best with their muffler.
With stock muffler, doesn't work well.

Eisenmann mid-pipe with stock muffler, strong drone.
Remus mid-pipe with stock muffler, mild drone.
Akrapovic mid-pipe with stock muffler, your pocket will drone due to its price, hahaha.

Waiting on the Dinan resonator delete. Like everyone else they appear to be affected by supply issues.

Unfortunately theirs is being delayed as well...been in email with them and have not gotten any timeline as to when they expect to have them ready. Just an FYI

Looks like I will have to wait until someone has a solution. I do want to keep the stock muffler. Not looking to make noise, just more low end torque / faster turbo spool.

Has anyone ordered from manhart in the US? Looks like they don't take payment on their website. They send you an email with bank info and want you to ach the money. Seems super sketch in today's world. I was thinking about calling and trying to make a payment over the phone, only a slightly better alternative I know.

It’s normal, this is how Europe operates. They only do bank transfers. If you offer them to pay over phone they will laugh at you.

So I'd stay far away from manhart if you live in the states. Customer service is nonexistent, can't get replies at all. Ordered the part, sent the money, waited, nothing. Sent an email asking if they had received my transfer and if I could get a timeframe, nothing. 8 days later I get an email saying they needed another $400 to ship it. At this point I'm really not interested in doing business with this company and ask for a refund, nothing. Another week goes by, no refund and no reply. So I sent another email asking for a refund, nothing. It's been 2 weeks since I've asked for a refund and over 3 weeks since I ordered the piece and paid and have only gotten one response asking for more money.

Funny detail: I had to google what "pay over phone" is and how it works. So in this forum I lerned the first thing that has nothing to do with my x3m

Just imagine you would ask a Swiss to call a company and tell them on the phone his credit card information to process some payment. They would get a heart attack
