Thanks in advance everyone!
I did much better than that on my 2021 cash purchase from BMW of Richmond, Va. I obtained prices from 13 dealers in the Greater Metro D.C. area and a bit beyond, and got a very wide range of quotes - it pays to shop around.

To add to this. I got 11% off an ordered 21. You should be able to get at least 6% off if not more.

Spec price is £90,220 with options this is it here: https://configure.bmw.co.uk/en_GB/configid/u7a6u4r7

UK BMW dealer contribution is circa 10k at the moment purchased through carwow with their discount total came to almost £16k.

Purchase price is just over £73k which I am completely happy with as i've about 10k again to put in once trade in comes around on my 2018 RS3. This will be approx 63k PCP @ 2.9%
I was waiting on the 2021 RS3 8Y Saloon, but the inside looks awful on the 8Y A3/S3 and Audi PCP is around 6.3%, so I've jumped to the X4MC

Factory order and still waiting on a build number, expected early 2021 - perhaps Feb??

Reading like crazy to catch up on the X3M/X4M group and questions wil be incoming at some point ready for mods post break in service I am already interested is lowering and BM3 from what I've seen so far on the site, cheers guys.

Any incentives on top of the 11%?

I actually ended up getting a bit more than 11% Plus incentives. HOWEVER, I got an abnormal deal. I brought a lot of sales to that dealership. So it was kinda a one time thing.

Seems like the upper end I would expect to find is 11% plus rebates. Probably 10% pretty easily plus rebates.

Can't find any dealer trying to work a deal on the 2021 x3m. Or, if they do, they'll take my trade at way less than residual, lol. Anyone have any good dealers in the tristate? At this point, I'm happy with 5-7% before incentives.

Best deal I have is 819/mo 2,000 DAS for a 2020 non-comp. This includes 4k in negative equity but is offset by the 6,000 in incentives that I qualify for.

What is your trade in? Is it an easy sell? I would try and see if it can be sold separately.

Have you tried getting a KBB offer?
I would shop a few of the online buyers, ALGO, VROOM etc.

KBB won't do an instant offer. It's an X2 M35. I think I may have found a deal, though!

Picked up an X3M over the weekend. Of course, I forgot my EZPass in the car. Anyway, deal was good enough where I felt comfortable with it.

Initially, the wrote it up without tax and I could have signed right then and there and paid less, but I didn't want to get a tax bill after the fact. As an FYI, the dealer is responsible for coordinating the taxes so they'd be on the hook if they forgot to add it to the payment.

Anyway, I found a 2020 X3M (non comp) with black on black. So probably the worst combo at 9% off (yeah I could've gone lower) and 6,000 in qualified lease incentives (which offsets the not getting 10%+ off).

The car is a lot better than what I thought it was going to be. Looking for an m340i to round out the stable

In the process of finalizing a 2020 X3MComp, black on black/beige, executive pkg + vented seats, at 13% off before lease incentives, for 36/12, at $794/mo after $3000 drive off. Hoping this is a decent deal.

You blew my deal away, haha. Is this pre-tax or post tax?

This was actually post-tax. It beat my next best offer sheet (that I'm really glad I didn't accept) by close to $100/mo.

Yeah -- I would not sweat your deal at all. I'm actually really happy with mine and I overpaid relative to a few folks on here. I could've probably saved 67 dollars a month, but I'm happy and the dealer is happy.

Congrats! There is a handful of us on here with X3M and M340i. Great garage combo although I end up in the X3M 90% of the time.

Thanks!

Regarding the next car, I have an M235 now. I think I might stick with the vert as it provides a good enough distinction between the two cars. Might go z4 m40 the more I think about it.
