Have you Vacuumed under the hood yet?

Under the trap doors along the firewall on both sides.

My neighbors tree hangs over my driveway and in the fall I have to clean out those boxes every week. The first time I opened them the drain was covered with about 3" of leaves/pine needles. I use the vacuum with a crevice attachment.

The tops have a lock and then are hinged in the back, easy to get off and on after the first time.

Good suggestion. I don't vacuum but rather wipe the underwood surfaces with a microfiber towel damp with plain water. Next time I'm under the hood I will look in those areas. My wife's X3 is garage kept so I don't expect much to be gathered in there.
