Horn when Locking when Engine Running

MY23 X3 20d was upgraded to 11/2023.50 and is now ignoring BDC - VAM_HORN_AT_SECURE. I see active, not active, and a 3rd parameter that shows unknown and none of it stops the horn.

It used to work on 3040_4_4_2, but now it doesn't work.
Does anyone know the new coordinates?
