I had a 2019 MY X1 ordered, well equipped, for $43170. The recall nixed production so they moved me to a 2020. Given the uncertainty of production dates of the 2020, I explored an X3. Here is what they offer:

2019 X3

MSRP=$51095

Price=$44045

Good deal?

This seems like a pretty good deal if it is before incentives

I’m guessing that is with incentives factored in that price which should be about $5K. IMO, mediocre deal 🤔 ...

Agree, mediocre at best IF it includes incentives (which I'm guessing it does).

Hey,

Just started exploring a X3 so haven't have a chance to look around too much at pricing but for a 2019 X3 30i xdrive:

MSRP: ~$56,500
Invoice (including base and handling):~ $53,000 (i think i did the math right)

Based off what you guys have seen, what do you think would be a good sell price I should be looking for?

Thanks,

15% off MSRP, bare minimum, before incentives. Remember a 2019 is already a year old, so there should be almost a year's depreciation built into the discount even if it has 0 miles.

thanks for the insight! I just reached out to a few dealers for quotes so hopefully they start out above 15%.

It really depends where you're at in the country. Out here in the PNW, my 10.6% was considered a steal. The alternative was to go down to SoCal, but nothing on any lot down there really appealed to me like this one did.

Thanks,
Initial e-quotes I've gotten started close to 9% before negotiations and incentives on a custom build. He could be leaving room to negotiate but unless its a model on the lot I don't know if they would go as far as 15%.

My current offer on a pretty basic 2019 X3 30i build with a MSRP of $48,795 (includes destination) is @ $43,400 before incentives, tax etc. Decent deal or should I push for more? I emailed about 5 dealerships and this was the best offer so far.

That seems like a pretty good deal to me. Incentives should be an additional $5K. I was looking at a service loaner that had a discount similar to this so if you're brand new, good stuff 👍👍.

Hello Everyone,

I got the below quote for 2019 X3 30i Xdrive

MSRP - $54795

I got about 10.4% off on the MSRP and $4250 in rebates.

Adjusted sale price after discount and rebates - $44805

Do you think is this a good price? Considering the 2020 models are going to out soon, should i try to negotiate more?

Thanks for your inputs.

So how much on average off MSRP should one expect before incentives? 8.5%? 10%? 12-14%?

How do incentives work?

We ordered our car in June and will actually sign all the paperwork this month for Performance Center Delivery in late July. If the incentives increase when they are released in July, do they apply to us? If so, how do I make sure I receive them from the dealer?

I'm not sure if taking delivery at the Performance Center makes a diff. but my dealer said you would get whatever the better incentives would be. Maybe double check with them before you head over.
