This is also much more yellow than typical halogen bulbs so it's quite unique... Being different than other cars on the road definitely has its appeal.

It was only ever cars sold in France up to 1993 that had yellow lights as standard and strangely most French car up to then sold outside France would have normal colourless head lights but they didn't bother changing the yellow fog lights so that maybe where you guys are getting this look from?

Well back in the war - the French gov't instituted a law that all french cars have yellow lights....so that at night the French army could tell friend from foe

But it does look nice even during the daytime. Since the lighting fixture isn't yellow inside, you can see that they are also yellow during the day. Looks really good on Glacier Silver that's for sure

I am French and find these old yellow lights are just..... AWFULLLLL ... !!!! Pouahhhh...

Verified that the two USB ports on my sep 2018 build can deliver >2A to Apple devices. This one a hungry old iPad Air2.

If using an extension cable it did not deliver that much.

That is actually how I identify older cars today, just look for the urine colored lights.
