Is $1130 after taxes? If so you should calculate your pre-tax rate + cash and compare it to a few of the cars on swapalease or Leasehackr.
Right now you can pickup a similar spec brand new for much less, BMW has a big incentive on those cars still. If you're interested in getting rid of the unicorn though, BaT always loves a good RWD/MT E91! GLWS

$1130 is with tax. As stated above, I’m incentivizing it to $980 with tax.
I’ve done all the leasehackr research - when you add all the taxes, fees, etc etc the deals are never what they seem unless you put $5k plus down. At $980 per month true $0 out of pocket, all in, at this MSRP, I don’t think dealers can compete. |

With 372 out of pocket I’m at 873 a month with taxes. Plus received an extra 500 toward second payment. Also there was another one listed as a swap here for 844 a month plus taxes. To be under 900 now is very doable with 0 DAS. Good luck with the swap but depending on how much you want to get rid of it, sometimes it’s better to include a bigger incentive that pay monthly payments and not sway anyway. |

I'm willing to work with serious parties within reason. Inventory getting slim and once 2021's come out, the incentives will suck for a long time following.

Not sure about that. I got my similar MSRP X4MC for 825. Dealership had a couple X3MC they would do the same deal for. There are currently 5 2020 x3mc on swapalease for less than 850. One right at 800.

Cheaper ones listed on Swapalease are in CA and GA and it seems like you are in Tri state area. There's one listed at 812/month (tax not included) with 3500 down payment and another one is 1100+/month. So I don't think your monthly payment is bad at all.

Super easy. I call BMW finance with your name and email. They send you application. Usually approve within the hour. Then they email us both documents to sign. Then a couple business days later, you receive the registration docs via FedEx from BMW USA.
I’ve seen it take as little as 4 business days from start to finish! |

I’m not sure how the PA sales tax would work. There is a $500 fee that bmw charges that I will reimburse once the lease is successfully transferred.
